•  Your access to and use of eProov is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
  
  
• The contents of eProov online test series website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
  
  
• eProov  reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that eProov shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

•   In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
  
  
•   User will never share their password for accessing the Website with anyone else at any time. The Courses purchased by the user is authorized by eProov.com for their own use only i.e. solely for applicant and they cannot share their password with others or allow others to use the premium privileges.
  
  
• eProov confirm that we do not provide any option for cancellation of products/ services which the users have purchased or subscribed to. Once a product/service has been purchased by the user, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially. We suggest that first the user should go through the demos/Mock Tests/Subscribe to the Free Mock tests and/or free to use contents/products/services before they subscribe to or purchase from eProov.com. No refund will be made under any circumstances after joining the online test series.
  
  
• All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian National Rupees (INR).
  
  
•   In card transaction, Users must use their own cards. Card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.
  
  
•   During purchase Online Test Series Packages, eProov is not responsible for failure of transaction and the  users are advised to follow the steps carefully.
  
  
•   It is for the user to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exams or not. eProov online test series does not hold any responsibility if a user’s admission form is rejected by the examination controller body (main entrance examination) or the user does not clear/qualify the respective examination he/she may be preparing for. Such a user cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to eProov.
  
  
•    If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our eProov website. Further some of these terms and conditions are subject to change.
  
  

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

•    eProov makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
  
  
•    If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  
  
•    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
  
  
•    In no event eProov will be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of eProov.com website.
  
  
•   eProov maintains the right to delete or modify information on this Site without prior notice.
  
  
•   All information & online test series packages details shown on this website eProov is just for information purpose, it does intended to give only online test practice it subject to change the number of test depend on the requirement.
  
  
•    Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of eProov.com. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites.
  
  
•    More efforts are made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, eProov.com takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to any technical issue, which is beyond our control.
